If you wish to return a product, please submit a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


2. Damaged Products

If the product you received is damaged, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. This video is essential for assessing the issue and determining the appropriate resolution.


3. Missing Items

For orders with missing items, please share an unboxing video displaying the remaining items and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will process a refund for the missing items.


4. Exchange for Incorrectly Ordered Products

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, please note the following:

  • You will bear the shipping charges for both returning the item and receiving the replacement.
  • As LifeTrendi is a wholesale platform, exchanges are subject to approval.
  • Contact our customer support team for further instructions.

5. Custom-Printed Products

a. Order Cancellation:
Custom-printed products cannot be canceled after the order is placed due to production costs and the inability to resell customized items.

b. Undeliverable Shipments:
If a courier fails to deliver your shipment, we will arrange delivery through an alternative service. However, these products cannot be returned under any circumstances.


6. Delayed Deliveries by Courier

  • In case of significant delays (e.g., 1-2 months due to courier issues), we will work with the courier to resolve the matter on a case-by-case basis.
  • Track your order regularly, and notify us if there are no updates within 15 days of dispatch.

7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:
a. Damaged or Defective Products: Upon confirmation through the provided unboxing video.
b. Missing Items: If we cannot provide the missing items, we will issue a refund for those items.


8. Conditions for Return and Refund

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be unusedunwashed, and undamaged.
  2. It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  3. An unboxing video must be provided as evidence.
  4. The return must comply with our specified timelines.

9. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, except when the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).
  • Use a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure safe return delivery.

10. Rejection or Denial of Parcels

If a customer rejects or denies accepting a parcel after dispatch, the following charges will apply:

  • Shipping Charges: Twice the original shipping fee (including forward and reverse shipping).
  • Packing Charges: 10% of the product value.
    These deductions will be applied before issuing any refunds.

11. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

12. Exceptions

LifeTrendi will not be responsible for:

  • Unreported damages or claims made beyond the stipulated timelines.
  • Products that are not returned in their original condition.
  • Claims that do not include an unboxing video as proof.

13. Note on Expectations

If the product you receive does not meet your expectations or differs from what is shown on the website, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. After evaluating your complaint, the team will take the appropriate action.
